Not Your Typical Summer Camp

At In-Phase Kids Summer Camps, we're not your typical summer camp. While we definitely prioritize fun, we also believe in making every moment count for our youth. While activities like swinging on monkey bars, playing in the dirt, and doodling in coloring books have their place, we're more focused on instilling values like hard work, discipline, and perseverance as our campers learn fundamental skills for key sports they're involved in or interested in pursuing.

Our approach ensures that not only do our campers stay ahead of their peers in terms of skill development, but they also gain invaluable life lessons along the way. Each day, our dedicated camp counselors engage with our campers, emphasizing the importance of having great character both on and off the field.

While sports play a significant role in our program, we understand that cultivating good character is what truly endures. We firmly believe that these character-building experien.ces will have a lasting impact long after the games are over.

So, parents, if you're seeking a summer camp experience that goes beyond the ordinary and offers something truly unique for your kids, look no further. You've found it with In-Phase Kids Summer Camps

At In-Phase Kids, we offer a variety of sports such as flag football, basketball, soccer, volleyball, and batting sports. While each summer program may have different offerings, we assure you that your child will have the chance to shine in multiple sports. We understand that each child is unique, and our program is designed to foster their individual growth and success.

Research consistently highlights the advantages of starting sports at a young age. The earlier your child begins, the better their skill development and overall athletic ability. 4.) Are there any prerequisites or skill levels required for enrollment?

At our program, inclusivity is key – we warmly welcome both boys and girls to join our diverse community of athletes. We celebrate individuality and understand that each participant embarks on their athletic journey from a different starting point, and that's something we embrace wholeheartedly.

While age may vary, we place a strong emphasis on instilling values such as respect, self-control, and the ability to follow directions in our young athletes. We believe these qualities not only contribute to a positive training environment but also lay the foundation for their future success.

However, we acknowledge that everyone is a work in progress. We don't expect perfection from our children, and we understand that challenges may arise. In cases where behavior issues impede the efficient functioning of our program, we may need to address and resolve them promptly. Our aim is to create a nurturing and focused environment for every participant.

We value the partnership with parents and encourage them to walk alongside us in guiding and disciplining our athletes. By working together, we can ensure that challenges become opportunities for growth and that our program continues to be a place where each child can thrive both athletically and personally.

5.)What is your cancellation or refund policy?

We understand that things come up! If you need to cancel your child's camp registration, a full refund will be issued if we receive your request at least one week before the camp week begins.

6.)What safety measures are in place during activities?

Rest assured, the safety of your child is our top priority. All our trainers are certified in CPR and First Aid, ensuring they are well-equipped to handle any unforeseen emergencies. During every session, our trainers have easy access to essential resources, including water, ice, and a fully stocked first aid kit.

Our commitment to safety goes hand in hand with the professionalism of our trainers. They are not only certified experts but also experienced professionals who know how to conduct practices both efficiently and safely. You can trust that your child is in capable hands, and we take every measure to create a secure and supportive environment for their athletic development.

7.)What equipment, attire, or materials are required for camp?

To ensure a smooth and effective training experience for your athletes, we kindly request that they come prepared with appropriate attire and essentials. Tennis shoes are essential but for football and soccer activities, cleats are highly recommended. Additionally, we recommend the use of a mouthpiece during all practices for added safety.

We ask that your child have a water bottle with his or her name on it and extra clothes, socks, and shoes. We also recommend bringing sunscreen, bug spray,, a mandatory sack lunch provided by you, a hat, a misting fan, and a bag to carry all the necessary items.

8.)Are there any opportunities for competitive play or tournaments?

We enthusiastically encourage athletes in our In-Phase Kids  program to explore the exceptional opportunities offered by our sister company, In-Phase Training Sports Program. This dynamic program actively engages in Youth Leagues across the Dallas Metroplex, providing a seamless extension of our commitment to athletic development. For more details, please visit www.inphasetraining.com.

While joining In-Phase Training is not mandatory, we firmly believe that regular training naturally leads to enthusiastic participation in competitions. What distinguishes us is our unwavering dedication to giving your children a competitive edge. In contrast to many youth programs practicing once a week, our athletes benefit from intensive training with sessions scheduled five times a week. This consistent and rigorous practice regimen is designed to elevate skills, enhance teamwork, and instill a strong sense of sportsmanship.

By opting to compete with us, your child not only refines their abilities but also becomes an integral part of a community committed to excellence both on and off the field. We invite you to explore the exciting possibilities that our sports program, in collaboration with In-Phase Training, has to offer, contributing to a well-rounded and immensely rewarding experience for your young athlete.

9.)Is there a code of conduct or behavioral expectations for participants?

At In-Phase Kids , we maintain a clear and important commitment to a positive and respectful environment. Each parent is required to sign our code of conduct, affirming their understanding of the guidelines governing our program.

Should a student engage in behavior that is detrimental to the program or the well-being of fellow athletes, we reserve the right to dismiss the student without a refund. This policy underscores our dedication to fostering a supportive and constructive atmosphere for all participants. We appreciate your cooperation in upholding these standards and ensuring a positive experience for everyone involved.

10.) What is an outdoor camp?

An outdoor camp is primarily conducted in an outdoor setting, where your child will engage in various activities amidst nature. While we do have access to indoor facilities if necessary, the majority of the time will be spent outdoors, allowing your child to fully immerse themselves in the outdoor experience.

11.)What if it rains or if there is lightning?

In the event of rain, a little water won't deter us from providing a fun and engaging experience. Kids often enjoy the novelty of playing in the rain, but we understand the need for dry clothing. Parents, please ensure your child brings extra clothing in case of rain. Additionally, we will have multiple 10 x 20 tents available to provide shelter during light showers. In the rare instance of consistent rain, we have alternative activities planned to keep the fun going indoors.

Regarding lightning, safety is paramount. If lightning is detected in the vicinity, we will promptly move our campers to the designated indoor facility at the campsite. Rest assured, we prioritize the safety and well-being of your child above all else.

12.) What if it is too hot?

In Texas, we're no strangers to scorching temperatures, often reaching up to 115 degrees. Parents, we understand the importance of protecting your child from the intense sun exposure. We highly recommend providing sunscreen to shield them from harmful UV rays. Despite the heat, our camp will continue as scheduled, ensuring the safety and well-being of your child.

Rest assured, we prioritize hydration and shade during our camp activities. Your child will have frequent water breaks to stay hydrated, and we'll ensure they spend ample time in the shade to cool off. Alongside our tents, we'll have fans available to provide additional relief from the heat. Furthermore, we'll have a cooler stocked with ice to regularly cool our campers and address any emergencies that may arise.

Our camp ethos centers around more than just physical exertion; it's about fostering valuable sports and life skills. Safety remains our top priority throughout all our camp activities, emphasizing a balanced approach to learning and enjoyment.

13.) What if my child has to use the restroom or change?

At our camp, we prioritize the comfort and convenience of our campers. We'll have two porta-potties and a sanitation station readily available on-site for campers' use. Additionally, our indoor facility includes restroom facilities for added convenience.

Should a camper need to change attire or freshen up, rest assured that we'll provide a comfortable and private environment to do so. We understand the importance of maintaining comfort and dignity for all campers throughout their time with us.

14.) How can I get in touch with someone from the academy for additional questions?
